An article on the “NOKODAI CRAFT BEER” created through the “Joint Project of Agricultural and Engineering Fund” of the WISE program was published!

 “NOKODAI CRAFT BEER”, was reported in the morning edition of the Nihon Keizai Shimbun on November 17, 2021.

The original craft beer was developed by doctoral students using ultrasonic maturation technology on blueberries grown at the university farm. The students were supported by the “Joint Project of Agricultural and Engineering Fund” of the WISE program and succeeded in developing the beer.  “NOKODAI CRAFT BEER” is a product of agriculture-engineering research collaboration and its social implementation.

Expansion of the collaboration and social implementation is in line with the aim of this program. By this article, we hope that this program will receive more and more attention.
