Notice of Special Seminar of TUAT-WISE Program on Dec. 24
The TUAT-WISE program brings together world-class education and research capabilities—a collaboration of institutions, research institutions, and private companies structured around the strengths of the individual institutions. Based on this approach, the program develops excellent human resources capable of driving a variety of sectors in agriculture and engineering. For this purpose, we organize WISE seminars as an interdisciplinary node.
In this seminar, Dr. Kazuo Kyuma, president of the NARO and former member of the Council for Science, Technology, and Innovation (CSTI), will be invited to introduce the new developments in Japan’s agricultural research strategy. In addition, Kubota special advisor Iida and AEON Agri-Creation President Fukunaga will also join us to discuss the potential of radical innovation in agriculture.
If you wish to attend, please register in advance from the following [Registration URL] (Note that pre-registered members, WISE professors and students are not needed to register).
