■ Title: Investigation of fusion of binding inhibition peptides to reduce side effects of bispecific cancer therapeutic antibodies

■ Abstract: Antibodies are responsible for immune response and bind strongly to target molecules. Modified antibodies that bind to cancer cells and immune cells are strong anti-cancer agents, but side effects due to the activation of immune cells throughout the body are an issue. In this research, a modified antibody that activates immune cells only in the vicinity of cancer was developed. This modified antibody is expected to become an anti-cancer drug with reduced side effects.
