Theme: “IMPACT OF HYALURONAN SIZE ON LOCALIZATION AND SOLUBILITY OF THE EXTRACELLULAR MATRIX IN THE MOUSE BRAIN

Description: In this study, a simple method to measure the molecular weight of hyaluronan in biological samples was developed. By using this method, it was found that the brain contains hyaluronan with different molecular weights and properties.
